'Looksmaxxing' Influencer Clavicular Charged With Rape and Drugging in Massachusetts
Court records show Braden Peters, known online as Clavicular, faces felony rape and drugging charges tied to a May 2025 incident on Cape Cod. His representative calls the charges 'bogus.'

Braden Peters, the 20-year-old streamer known online as Clavicular, has been charged in Massachusetts with one count of rape, one count of drugging a person for sexual intercourse, and one misdemeanor count of procuring liquor for someone under 21, according to court records reviewed by multiple outlets. The charges were filed on September 8, 2026, and relate to an alleged incident in Chatham, on Cape Cod, on May 23, 2025.
An arraignment is scheduled for October 14. Peters is not currently in custody, and the alleged victim is not named in the filings, in line with Massachusetts law covering sexual offenses. The charges were first reported by The Bulwark.
Peters denies the allegations. A spokesperson, Mitchell Jackson, said the streamer 'has not been physically served' and described the criminal charges as 'bogus,' saying they stem from a civil case he has declined to settle.
The criminal filings follow a civil lawsuit brought earlier this year in Miami-Dade County by influencer Aleksandra Vasilevna Mendoza, who alleges battery, fraud, and sexual misconduct. In that complaint she says Peters gave her alcohol until she was visibly intoxicated and had sex with her when she could not consent, and that he injected her with an unapproved fat-dissolving substance. Peters has denied those claims as well.
Clavicular built a large following through 'looksmaxxing' content centered on extreme appearance routines, including 'bone smashing,' and has streamed to millions across TikTok and Kick. He walked a Paris fashion week runway in June.
These are allegations. No court has found Peters guilty, and he is presumed innocent unless and until a conviction. Upro will update this story as the case moves forward.
